Quooker (golden faucet) — Quick instructions

Safety first: the Quooker dispenses boiling water. Keep children away. Never leave the tap running unattended.

Handle operation

• To get boiling water: press the handle in twice (push the handle down two times), then push the handle inwards and rotate it counterclockwise. Release the handle to stop.

• For normal hot or cold tap water: rotate the handle without pushing.

• To engage the child lock (prevents boiling water): push the handle in and turn clockwise. To disengage, push the handle down and turn fully clockwise until it stops, then return to normal.

Single-lever summary

• Push + turn counterclockwise = boiling water

• Turn without pushing = normal hot/cold tap water

• Push + turn clockwise = child lock / locked

Dispensing

• Place the container under the spout before activating.

• Pour slowly — boiling water comes out instantly.

Tap light / indicator

• A small LED shows status (if lit, heater is active).

• If the light blinks or the unit beeps, inform us.

Filters & maintenance

• Routine maintenance is handled by us.

• If you notice a leak, strange smell, or malfunction, stop using the tap and notify us immediately.

Emergency

• If boiling water spills on skin, cool the burn under cold running water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical help if needed.
